Cylinder brushes used to wash and polish fruits and vegetables. Brushes are manufactured according to the crop and to the application depending on the type. Installed on special machines simulating roller tables, placed prior to product packaging process.

Some crops that need prior packaging are:
Cantaloupe, Chili, Apple, Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Lime, Orange, Apricot, Tomato, Cucumber, Others;

These brushes are manufactured in:

• One piece, plastic base to handle corrosion from water and wax applied to products. On both ends carries a metal ring that generally, upon client's requirement is manufactured in stainless steel or aluminum. Aside of two pressing plates on each metallic ring (wheel) to attach brushes to the shaft.
   
• In blocks or sections of 10", 12", 250 mm and 300 mm. These brushes have the versatility of being joint by an interconnector to achieve desired length of cylinder brush.
   

Brushes can be inserted of different filaments according to client's process. Most common are:

• Natural horse (mixed or black), Synthetic horse, Ixtle, Nylon, Pig bristle, Polypropylene, Polyester, polyethylene and mixture of filaments.
